Common questions
What counts as an action?
An action is any completed workflow step performed by a field user: a document acknowledgement, a form submission, or a redirect. Each completed step counts as one action toward your monthly total.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is the QR trigger plus the custom evidence steps field users complete after they scan.
What happens when I reach my monthly action limit?
You will receive notice before approaching the limit. If the limit is reached, new action attempts are paused with a clear message to field users. Administrators can upgrade plans at any time and limits take effect immediately.
