How plan limits work
Every plan shares the same platform features. Limits apply only to active QR codes and completed monthly actions. When you approach your limit you receive clear notice and can upgrade immediately. Enterprise provides unlimited QR codes and unlimited actions with the same self-serve purchasing experience as every other plan.
Common questions
What counts as an action?
An action is any completed workflow step performed by a field user: a check-in, a document acknowledgement, a form submission, or a redirect. Each completed step counts as one action toward your monthly total.
What happens when I reach my monthly action limit?
You will receive notice before approaching the limit. If the limit is reached, new action attempts are paused with a clear message to field users. Administrators can upgrade plans at any time and limits take effect immediately.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan includes the full SealAudit platform: configurable workflows, verification controls, document versioning, audit trail, role-based administration, and exports. Tiers differ only by QR code count and monthly action volume.
Is Enterprise fully self-serve?
Yes. Enterprise can be purchased directly without a sales conversation. The plan is managed like any other self-serve subscription with immediate access to unlimited QR codes and unlimited monthly actions.
