A scan is counted when a field user opens a workflow by scanning a QR code or visiting the workflow link. Completing the steps inside that run does not add extra scans.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is the QR or link trigger plus the steps field users complete after they scan — forms, files, acknowledgements, and more.
What happens when I reach my monthly scan limit?
We notify you before you reach the limit. Once you hit it, new scans pause and field users see a clear message. Need more capacity? Contact us.
