Getting started with SealAudit

Set up your organization, configure your first compliance workflow, and deploy triggers your team can use from a phone browser.

Create your account

Sign up for SealAudit and create your organization. You will be set as the organization owner with full configuration access.

Add team members

Invite compliance managers, site supervisors, and field workers with appropriate roles. Each role controls what the user can configure, monitor, or execute.

Configure a workflow

Define a workflow with trigger settings, verification rules, and action steps. Workflows follow a Trigger → Verification → Action model.

Publish and create triggers

Publish the workflow to create an immutable version. Generate QR or direct URL triggers bound to that version and deploy them at your sites.

Collect evidence

Team members scan triggers and complete workflows. Each run creates a timestamped record with verification outcomes and version references.

Review and export

Use the dashboard to review workflow completion, search event history, and export records for compliance review.
